Are you in a hurry or simply interested in finding out what we are all about? If you're looking for a way to stay in shape or see what we're all about, then this single session is a smart choice for you. The session will begin with a few questions so the trainer can get to know what you are looking for. Then we will move into a dynamic warmup to help prepare you for the workout. Then we get into the workout itself! Designed to burn fat and build muscle. We will end the workout with a cool down and stretch. If this is your first session, and you decide to enroll in training, the price of this session will be deducted from the session package.
Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of sessions. Any sessions canceled by the client within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in the loss of that session. In other words, clients will not receive a refund for any sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice. Refund Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable. Once a session has been purchased, there will be no refunds given for any reason, including but not limited to session cancellations, dissatisfaction with services, or any other personal circumstances. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss options. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to a scheduled personal training session, the session will not be extended. The trainer will wait for you for a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered canceled, and you will not be entitled to a refund. Personal Training Session Expiration: All personal training sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase. Any unused sessions will expire after this period and cannot be refunded or transferred to another person. We encourage our clients to use their personal training sessions in a timely manner to ensure maximum benefit and progress towards their fitness goals. Clients are responsible for scheduling their sessions in advance and for keeping track of their session expiration dates. If a client is unable to attend a scheduled session within the 30-day timeframe, they may request to reschedule the session at least 24 hours in advance. However, rescheduling a session does not extend the expiration date. Exceptions to this policy may be granted in extenuating circumstances, such as a medical emergency or extended travel. In such cases, clients must contact their personal trainer or the gym management to discuss their options.
