Terms and Conditions for Rush Fit Training, a part of RUSH FIT GEAR LLC:

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging in any training services offered by Rush Fit Training. By participating in our training programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Policy Inclusion with Invoices

At Rush Fit Training, ensuring clients are well-informed about our policies is integral to our commitment to transparency and clarity. To facilitate this, we have established the following policy:

  1. Inclusion with Invoices: All policies related to our services, including but not limited to scheduling, terms of service, and adherence guidelines, will be attached to client invoices for their review prior to payment.

  2. Client Responsibility: Receipt of the invoice containing the attached policies does not exempt clients from the obligation to review and comply with the outlined policies. Clients are responsible for reading and understanding these policies before payment.

  3. Implied Agreement by Payment: Payment of the invoice implies the client's acknowledgment and agreement to adhere to the enclosed policies. This acknowledgment is taken as confirmation that the client has familiarized themselves with the policies attached to the invoice.

  4. Understanding Policy Compliance: Should clients have any questions or require further clarification about the attached policies, Rush Fit Training's designated personnel are available to provide assistance before payment.

By engaging in our services and making payments on the provided invoices, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with the policies enclosed with the invoices.

Workout Program Adherence and Client-Trainer Dynamics

At Rush Fit Training, adherence to the prescribed workout program and fostering a trusting client-trainer relationship are essential for achieving optimal results. To maintain the integrity of our training approach, we emphasize the following policy:

  1. Adherence to Complete Workout Program: Clients are expected to commit to the entirety of the prescribed workout program provided by our trainers. This includes warming up under the guidance of the trainer and following the complete workout routine as recommended.

  2. Trusting the Workout Plan: Clients are expected to place trust in the designed workout plans. Attempts to direct or dictate specific exercises or the focus of training sessions are not in line with our training methodology.

  3. Comprehensive Training Approach: Rush Fit Training employs a holistic, full-body approach to workouts. We do not engage in single-body-part training; rather, our methodology revolves around comprehensive, full-body training programs.

  4. Client-Trainer Dynamics: Clients are not to instruct the trainers on specific workout preferences or single-body-part training sessions. Trusting the trainer's expertise is integral to achieving the best possible results safely and effectively.

By engaging in our services, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with the policies related to the complete workout program and client-trainer dynamics.

Workout Session Time and Late Policy
 

At Rush Fit Training, maintaining a structured and efficient workout session is essential. To ensure consistency and respect for everyone's time, we have established the following policies regarding workout session duration and lateness:

  1. Workout Session Duration: All workout sessions are scheduled for a duration of 45 minutes. This timeframe ensures a structured and effective training experience.

  2. Client Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive promptly for their scheduled sessions. If a client is more than 15 minutes late to the session, it will be considered a late cancel.

  3. Late Arrival Policy: If a client is less than 15 minutes late, they can engage in training for the remaining time left in the session. However, the session will not extend beyond the scheduled 45 minutes.

  4. Trainer Punctuality: In the event that the trainer is late, the client will not be penalized. The full 45-minute session will be provided or rescheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time within our operating hours.

By engaging in our services, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with these policies related to session duration and lateness.

 

  1. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy:

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel a scheduled training session. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list or wish to schedule a session. If a client fails to cancel within the specified time frame, the session will be considered a "late cancel," and the client will lose the session without the opportunity for rescheduling. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please respect our trainers' time and the availability of sessions.

  1. Late Arrival Policy:

Trainers will wait for clients for a maximum of 15 minutes from the scheduled start time of the session. We encourage clients to arrive on time to make the most of their training experience. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a "late cancel," and the client will lose the session without the opportunity for rescheduling. Punctuality is essential to ensure that each session runs smoothly and efficiently.

  1. No Refunds:

Rush Fit Training does not provide refunds for purchased training sessions or packages. All sales are final. It is important for clients to carefully consider their commitment to the training program before making a purchase. We are committed to delivering high-quality training services, and our no refund policy allows us to allocate resources effectively and maintain consistency in our offerings.

  1. Client Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for reviewing and staying up to date with all terms and conditions, policies, and any updates or changes provided by Rush Fit Training. It is important to regularly visit our website, read emails and notifications, and access the Fit by Wix app for the latest information and policies. By participating in our training programs, clients agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined by Rush Fit Training.

  1. Push Notifications:

Clients are advised to enable push notifications on the Fit by Wix app to receive timely updates on policies, promotions, and other important information from Rush Fit Training. Push notifications help ensure that clients are well-informed and engaged in their fitness journey. They serve as a convenient way to stay updated on any changes or announcements related to the training program.

  1. Session Expiration Policy:

All purchased training sessions will expire 45 days from the date of purchase. This expiration policy encourages clients to utilize their sessions within a reasonable time frame to maximize the benefits of the program. We recommend that clients plan their training schedule accordingly to ensure they make the most of their purchased sessions. Expired sessions will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed or extended.

  1. Rescheduling Policy:

Clients may request to reschedule a training session by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Rush Fit Training will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to trainer availability. Clients are advised to contact us as early as possible if they need to reschedule a session. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of the session, as it may not be possible to fill the vacant slot on short notice.

  1. Policy Updates:

Rush Fit Training reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms and conditions, as well as any other policies or information provided, at any time without prior notice. Clients are advised to review these terms and conditions regularly for any updates or changes. We strive to communicate any modifications promptly through email, notifications, or updates on our website. It is the responsibility of the client to stay informed and comply with the latest policies and guidelines.

By engaging in any training services provided by Rush Fit Training, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in the loss of training sessions or the termination of the training program without refund.

Client Adherence Policy

At Rush Fit Training, commitment to the prescribed program is vital for achieving optimal results. To ensure progress and success, we have established the following policy regarding client adherence:

  1. Program Adherence: Clients are expected to diligently follow the prescribed workout routines, dietary plans, and scheduled sessions as recommended by our trainers. Deviating from the program without prior consultation or attempting to expedite results by rushing the process may hinder progress.

  2. Scheduled Sessions: Clients are expected to attend scheduled sessions punctually. Any requests for changes in the schedule should be communicated within the stipulated guidelines and mutually agreed upon.

  3. Respect for the Process: Rushing through the program or attempting to accelerate progress beyond what is recommended can compromise the effectiveness of the training regimen and the client's safety.

  4. Consequences of Non-Adherence: Continual disregard for the prescribed program or attempts to rush the process, leading to a compromise in the effectiveness of the training or the safety of the client, may result in termination of the program without refund. Rush Fit Training reserves the right to terminate the program if a client consistently disregards the recommended program guidelines without any willingness to comply.

By engaging in our services, clients acknowledge and agree that consistent non-adherence to the prescribed program may result in termination without refund.

Respect the Process Policy

At Rush Fit Training, we prioritize a structured and disciplined approach to training. Respecting the process is crucial for achieving the best possible results. We have established the following policy to emphasize the significance of this approach:

  1. Adherence to Program Guidelines: Clients are expected to diligently follow the prescribed workout routines, dietary plans, and scheduled sessions as recommended by our trainers. Any deviations from the program should be discussed and approved by the trainers.

  2. Patient Progress: Rushing through the program, skipping essential steps, or attempting to accelerate results beyond what is advised can undermine the efficacy of the training regimen and compromise the client's safety and progress.

  3. Trainer Consultation: Any desire for adjustments or alterations to the program should be communicated to the trainers for discussion and guidance. Rush Fit Training's team is here to ensure the program is tailored to individual needs while maintaining its effectiveness.

  4. Mutual Understanding: Clients are expected to respect the professional guidance provided by our trainers and adhere to the designed program to attain the best possible results safely.

By engaging in our services, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with the "Respect the Process" policy.

Communication Response Policy

At Rush Fit Training, effective communication is vital for providing the best service to our clients. To maintain clarity and timeliness, we have established the following policy regarding communication response times:

  1. Communication Channels: Rush Fit Training utilizes various communication channels, including but not limited to texts, calls, emails, and chats, to interact with our clients and address their queries, concerns, or scheduling needs.

  2. Response Timeframe: All communications received during our business hours will be responded to promptly within those same business hours. Our official business hours are 

    • Monday-Thursday: 5:30am - 7:30pm

    • Friday: 5:30am -12pm

    • Saturday/Sunday: CLOSED

  3. Outside Business Hours: Communications received outside of our official business hours will be addressed during the next available business hours unless they pertain to an emergency or a pre-arranged, agreed-upon engagement.

  4. Business Days: Our business days are from Monday- Friday. Communications received outside these days will be addressed on the next available business day.

  5. Effective Communication: Prompt and effective communication ensures a smooth and efficient training experience for all our clients, allowing us to address queries, schedule appointments, and provide necessary information in a timely manner.

Terms of Service Updates and Agreement Policy

At Rush Fit Training, maintaining transparency and keeping our clients informed about any changes in our services is crucial. In this regard, we emphasize the following policy:

  1. Client Responsibility: Clients are expected to stay informed about any updates or modifications in our terms of service, including but not limited to scheduling policies, program guidelines, or operational procedures.

  2. Communication of Updates: Any revisions in our terms of service will be promptly communicated to clients. These updated policies will be available and accessible through our app, website, and attached to all scheduling-related emails.

  3. Acknowledgment and Agreement: By continuing to engage in our services after the implementation of any updates, clients acknowledge and explicitly agree to the revised terms of service.

  4. Understanding Policy Changes: It is the responsibility of clients to review the updated terms, ensuring their comprehension of any modifications made. Should clients have any queries or require clarification about the updated terms, Rush Fit Training's designated personnel are available to provide assistance.

By engaging in our services, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with the "Terms of Service Updates and Agreement" policy, understanding that their continued engagement implies explicit agreement to any revised terms.

Termination of Services Policy

At Rush Fit Training, we are committed to providing exceptional services and maintaining a supportive environment for all our clients. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we have established the following policy regarding the termination of services:

  1. Client Conduct: Clients are expected to adhere to the guidelines and instructions provided by our trainers for a safe and effective workout experience. Any behavior deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or non-compliant with our guidelines may result in the termination of services.

  2. Business Hours: Workouts and training sessions are scheduled during our business hours as outlined in our official schedules. Requests for sessions outside these hours must be mutually agreed upon and accommodated within reason. Persistent demands for schedules beyond our business hours may result in termination of services.

    • Monday-Thursday: 5:30am - 7:30pm

    • Friday: 5:30am -12pm

    • Saturday/Sunday: CLOSED

  3. Communication Expectations: Clients are expected to respond to communications, including scheduling requests, within a reasonable time frame. Failure to consistently and properly communicate regarding scheduling or other essential aspects of the training program may result in termination of services.

  4. Repeated Cancellations or No-Shows: Clients are allowed a maximum of three cancellations or no-shows for scheduled sessions. This limit is in place to respect the schedules and time of our dedicated trainers, ensuring a fair and consistent experience for all clients.

  5. Refund Policy: In the event of termination due to a client's violation of any of the aforementioned policies, Rush Fit Training reserves the right to withhold any refund or provide a partial refund at the company's discretion.

  6. Termination Without Refund: Rush Fit Training reserves the right to terminate services of the agreement without refund in cases where a client consistently disregards instructions, behaves inappropriately, repeatedly demands services outside of business hours without prior agreement, fails to meet communication expectations, or repeatedly cancels or no-shows for scheduled sessions beyond the three allowable instances.

We believe in fair and respectful interactions, and our goal is to provide a positive and fulfilling experience for all clients. Termination of services will be considered only after a thorough review of the situation and attempts to resolve any issues or concerns.
